The animation's all wrong. Do you run like that?
First, change the position. No one can run like that, change the back of the stickman.
Change the legs and the arms. They are disproportionate and have too much easing. It looks like the stickfigure is sliding on the floor.
And up the frame rate.

Practice practice practice.

EDIT: Guy's head should be bobbing up and down as well.

As for the others, I'll listen to the advice. I'm sticking with brush tool, but I'll probably be submitting some art and animation.

Heres a little test is did yesterday. I am messing around with different things using the brush, trying to figure out what style i am best with and what i like. at this point i cant really tell what i will be good at.

it didn't look bad. Blood did, but the shuriken wan't that bad. Keep it up.

Sorry that I'm posting now, but I was sleeping and you guys maded in BS 3
pages ^^. Well anyway slow-mo isn't stoping the time, he should move but
only a bit, you can also use a lower opacity guy coming "after him". You know
what I mean, right?
You need to work on blood adnreaction too.

he just stood till he got slashed cause i didnt had tha time to make him try to block.

and i personally love that "slow-mo" ... maybe its not the "slow-mo" in the traditional meaning but i really wanted it to be like that.
