Why would you hope for it to bounce if you made it bounce yourself?
It looks good by the way.

You need to apply more effort or else you're not gonna get anywhere. There's not much to comment on, cept you should work on... the blood... the fall... the resizing... and that's it. For the blood, try wall splatters first since they're usually easier and looks pretty.
The main thing here is to keep at the animation.

I'm liking the length. Obviously the run needs improvement but that's not important for now. Work on adding force to their hits, because the characters look very stiff and weak at the moment (putting aside the fact blue ripped red's head in half), especially the punches at the end.
Your smoke effect was alright for a first. I couldn't tell what exactly it was, but every particle effect should have at least 2 shades. If that was an explosion at the top, add yellow sparks, orange flares, and a white backglow.
You look like the type that enjoys using effects. Keep working on your effects, and don't concentrate on the physics of the humans if that's not what you're into. To be a successful animator, all you need is creativity.

Ahhhh yes thank you for the advice. Much appreciated. Is there a certain way or method to show force? And yeah that run was pretty half assed.
About the smoke, well I based it off a tutorial on newgrounds. It was showing teleporting as an effect and I based it off of that so I guess I should call it teleport.

There are three steps to showing force in a hit:
1. The wind up. The character moves his arm slowly back to prepare for the hit. It should be 3 nearly identical frames (just keep redrawing the stick) if you're animating 12-14fps. Kicks must wind up the whole body, make it as realistic as possible.
2. The hit. The arm or leg SNAPS and hits the target, no frames in between. This is where the meat of the force is shown. There should be at least 2 of the SAME frame, both hitting the target.
3. The delay/recoil. Slowly and realistically move the arm/leg back.
Keep in mind to redraw the WHOLE body every frame, to prevent stiffness.
I haven't seen the teleport tutorial, can you link me to it? Usually teleports aren't shown with that much smoke, you should check out some animations on Fluidanims.com with teleports in them.

That link will only work on your computer since it's linked to your hard drive. If you want to post your animation, save it as .swf and go to www.truploader.com , then upload, then give us the URL.

Strider, google swf uploader, upload the swf of your animation* and post the link.
*You get it by pressing ctrl + enter with the animation open in flash.
Tempted to call you Justin just to freak you out a bit if that was your name.

Its under FBF effects. I tried to copy it the best I could but I went unique towards the end.
