First flash vid. No sounds and kinda (okay VERY) sloppy stick drawings, but I was mostly focusing on trying to get a handle on the program and trying out things like duble-framing and the v-cam. What do you guys think? Also, any and all advice on smoothing out the animations, slow-mo, and recommended sounds would be appreciated. As would advice about the obvious mistake at the end with the background. >.>
This took me about 4 hours btw...

Don't worry about how it took dude, that comes later if you want to go professional. Your goal should be to focus on learning the 12 principle before jumping straight into stick fights. It's something all the best have learnt and mastered and applied to their work.
Sloppy drawings is something that'll fix itself over time once you've trained your arm to draw properly.
I'd say for now don't worry about vcam and if you do use it you'll want to tween it with subtle movement across the screen, and add 1-2 frames of shake when the hits connect.
To smooth your animations you've got to add more frames between movements and keep the drawings clean and accurate to stop wobbling and shakiness.
Double framing I'd say is a more advanced technique to replace easing, so get a hold of easing in and out of movements first and then play around with it. If you double drame wrong you get unexpected results, you have to know when to use it. For example I animate a lot on doubles, use singles for fast movements and sometimes use triples for slower stuff.
