I like it! His jump was very smooth and it was all very eased. My only suggestion would be to make the way down the same speed as the way up. This makes it floooow better.

Now comment my animation -_-

Every thread you attempt to post a URL on will say that because you currently only have 2 posts. You need to post eighteen more times in order to be able to post a URL to an animation, website, etc.

Most people bypass this by doing something like:
Instead of 'www.google.com' some people split up the URL, like so;

www. g*o*o*g*l*e.com (remove the stars type of deal...)

But, you get it. :)

Well, if you want my opinion, I see posting out of the beginners section when you think you yourself are awesome and when you can do a ton of more things concerning animation; good easing, realistic movements, longer animation times, etc.

But if you want to, you can post out of the beginners section whenever you think you are ready, but you may/may not get flamed by the epic (and not so epic) animators of Stickpage. I would just keep animating and not worrying where you post, just making sure you are trying your best to improve.

Been animating with flash for a few days now and made some tests. Lemme know what you think.
(Add a period where there are spaces. Don't have 20 posts -.-)

Inspired by Arms (stickpage). I know it fails. This is the first animation I made using Flash

www truploader com/view/103815 Just some random something haha

www truploader com/view/647963 It started as a jump test, but after I finished the jump I wanted to add a blast combo. Then I added some silly looking shake effects and some particle effects. I know the shaking is a little off, I'm just too lazy to fix it right now :P

www truploader com/view/856944 This is definitely my best one. It's an "epic beam" test. I'm proud of it :D

I kinad trashed the animation i was working on last week. Well Im still working on it, but I basically started from scratch. Im syncing it to music and everything. And Im just coming up on the chorus of the song, and the actual start to the fight. And with teh song Im using, Im gunna try to fit about 13 attacks or distinct movements in about 4 seconds. So Ive been practicing. Heres a short (literally only 1.8 seconds) anim of one of the two characters, and how he'll attack and whatnot.

Tell meh what you think. (I noticed I accidentally triple framed, instead of couble framed, a spot when he goes to jump off the spike, so it looks kinda laggy for a moment. please ignore that, Ill fix it later.

Nice spleeko. The spot where it lags a bit looks like he's just bracing himself. Nice and clean, fairly smooth (aside from said spot), and overall pretty good.
Edit: Here's my latest test-blurring animations, and fading things (had to use a motion blur for that, had to do the animation blurring manually frame by frame. figure that one out, eh?)

and dammit, it logged me out AGAIN.

@bomb
You should add more movements as the stick on the left jumps into the air so he doesn't look so stiff as he goes. And it may help to up the frame rate.

@Spleko: Nice animation. How'd you manage to get it so smooth?
