Ignoring the most recent conundrum, I think that your running anim is very good. There was no acceleration, though. However, the part where he climbed was excellent. I loved it. It's certainly better than anything I can do.

Here is a pair of walking loops. There are the same walk, but one moves, and the other walks in place. What do you guys think?

The back is stiff as hell, fix that, and it just looks to perfect, needs easing

Add more frames, either that or slow down the fps. Use the magnet tool, a lot of your sticks limbs are sticking out, it looks bad. Also when you walk you don't say the same height throughout, you raise up a little bit.
