I'm not an expert or anything but... Stick figures are supposed to represent real human beings. Now, I don't know about you, but I've never seen a real human being move his arms like that lol. But yeah... His legs look pretty good. His head should be bouncing up and down, not side to side. That's all I can think of. :)

Truth be told, I found it hard to do a run cycle. I had to switch up between multiple drawing styles before I got the hang of this one.
The arms are really bad, the legs don't look too bad, but overall it's very stiff.

yeah it looks great for a second animation, u just need to work on your moves realism and the body structure of the sticks you might have to add some frames.
