yeah if u watch the running the legs are good but the arms look wierd, i dont put enough frames for the arm switching in i think, but i think my running style is more the arms trailing behind the stick like at the end of the one beofre this one

anyway heres a basic running one, i think i shouldev hunched him over more which i only noticed AFTER i finished it xD anyway i think the lags are ok in this one.

Your getting abit better but its still stiff. Remember what i taught you about moving every joint in every frame. Also the second he throws it your doing this |-------|--|--| you should be doing more this |-|-|--|------|--|-|-| for force and antisipation
