Rival , Gifs don't screw up.
You screw up , if it is choppy then it is your own fault.

The only thing what could happen is that it is resizing.

.Gif can screw up. Colors are usually screwed when you save it. Sometimes gets choppy because it was wrong saved.

That is bad, due to the fact that you can't ban him. If a newbie comes here, you tell him the rules, but you don't say to them that you will ban them if he does ONE thing wrong.
