Just draw a simple stick figure with a backbone and you're good to go, bro.

skayer:
Here is a really good tutorial I recommend for you. Its a long read but I'm sure if you're dedicated to getting better at animation, you probably would take 20 minutes to look at this and try and make an animation using it.

EDIT: Also don't use unnecessarily sophisticated sticks.

Its really choppy and the back is stiff and on the reaction he landed weird, instead of kept traveling through the air he just suddenly stopped and fell straight down. But you're making progress!

PROS: its basic, pretty good sticks(there's a back joint :D), trying out the tremor effect, theres a floor, physics are really good, its a nice punch,CONS: its choppy, as of the fall also, raise the framerate and have somewhat close spacing, needs easing(the guys arm stops dead right after it came in contact, it should keep moving but slightly for a few frames), he would of collapsed forward in real life because the front foot is bent and has more pressure on it than the back leg since hes leaning forward, the feet slide much, the guy who got punched slid the opposite way he was punched, make him slide going the direction he was still going except not like hes on ice, and move the backbone more

Very good, man. Nice try with the tremor ground. Just gotta move the man with it. And after the end of the blue man's punch, keep him leaning forward in momentum to the punch. You did good witt he step forward and bringing his other arm back behind him. Just straighten his stepping leg a little bit after the punch. You're getting the fundamentals down!

Slayer i would recommend thickening your sticks a bit, but alot of the vid was good, cant say it was perfect, but not bad at all..

slayer, I recommend longer arms and learn easing.

actually, if he thickens the body(which i did)the head wont appear as big
