Here's my first animation. kinda long and boring. sorry. i already know that i have to work on the easing. but any other suggestions. i didn't really use tuts so it sucks. Sticks belong to droidz. Holy Shit its super sped up too. sorry.

It's choppy and very stiff. Make shorter animations with more work put in to them. While you do that, work on easing and to prevent stiffness, move every joint in every frame even if it's minscule, it still helps. Start with a walk then a run or a puch and a kick. Start with the basic before going onto big fights like this. I don't really believe this is your first animation and without tuts because it's amazing compared to the other newby crap fights that people put up. You have potential but seriously, read tutorials and get on with the basics a bit more.

And the speed of the anim is quite normal actually, at what fps do you usually make pivs?
Actual CC: Try to do basics first. fight anims will suck if you don't have a proper walk/run/punch/jump first. The movements on your animation were very bad, and the reactions weren't that good either.
INVISI WAR IS GOING ON BIATCH OF CRONOS AND ZED!!!
I suggest to make a line aswell, it helps alot for the foot placement.
Look up at some walking/running tuts for now.
EDIT: I got ninja'd by a what it looks like a copy of zeds or cronos' usual CC.
Though that CC is quite weird, for he judges on the words: "First animation" and "No tuts".
There is always a possibility that he has some talent, 'k? Don't judge on that.

its not my first animation technically, but its the first one i actually finished and published i guess. i usually use 15 or 17. i didn't use tuts, but my friend who got me into it explained that it is like a slide show and that you need to move every frame like a flip book cartoon. so with that i kinda understood it i guess.

Ha, you claim I suffer from retardation not understanding it was just a joke. However I see maybe one or two constructive posts out of you and the fact that you barely have any posts at all can easily interpret to me thinking you are just another cocky beginner who thinks we can't live our lives without knowing that he owned zed. You also put me in a position where I seem like a complete jerk claiming zed is your friend, but what it comes down to is I consider zed one of ( if not) my favorite poster on this website and if I show up and some new guy is flicking him crap I stop it because it annoys me to the farthest reaches of hell it's self. Though I did defeat him at a debate once, barely. Also if where going to play the lazy game read all my damn post's, if you can even find them.

Super sped up is usually a good sign. It means you saved it right. If you were watching it slowly in pivot it will revert back to 16.6 fps when you saved it. You can save it slower but it usually makes it looks bad.
As well as the basics, I think you should work on anticipating forces in the right direction. It's hard to explain what I mean, but it's like when the guy was holding the sword and then suddenly it was in the other guy's head. That sort of thing can only really work if he's on the right side of the head to put it in there, or at least starts on one side and finishes on the other where a direct line between the two points would cut through the place where he would need to be in order to put the sword there. If you see what I mean.
