I don't even know where to begin. Practice a lot more on the basics before you try anything like this. It turns out really bad.
Get easing down, learn to animate actual walks and punches, get physics down, and pretty much all the basics there are.

wow the threads finally at page 3000 :D and heres a jump test with a switch in it, the physics look better than my other ones
