You need many more frames and much more movement. Try looking at how you move and then imitating it exactly.

this was a test for the blue thingy to show movement, not really for the sticks movement. i thought it looked bland so i added the ground smash fail.

but I dont think the arms look like they're crossing

and cinnamonbun when you make the anticipation move the orange joint down so the feet are at the same level each frame like in this:

very choppy, he looks like he is going into the ground, or at least trying.
1. raise the frame rate
2. dont move the joints so far from the shadow
3. the arms are stiff. they need to out flex
4. the the back is extremely stiff. when you run, does your back stay completely bent like that?\

Cinnamon:
there is no anticipation[that means there was no sign he was going to jump]
it was choppy, the legs were extremely stiff.
and btw: that is not your pivot rank.

in case ppl missed it, it was a test about the blue movement thingy...not the movement of the stick. i thought it looked bland so i added the ground smash

It needs to be much smoother. Try to keep the spacing more or less consistent.
