I'd say pivot is like the less advanced version of flash. Pivot is easy and its not something you can forget, Unless you forget how to move joints.

Yea, pivot has a completely different interface than Flash. It's much more simple though, so I'm not sure it would be that hard to get used to. All you do in pivot is move joints and create new figures when needed. It's more tedious than flash because you have to create a new figure every frame each time you want to display an effect (unlike flash where you can just draw out each frame by hand). Although I'm sure with a bit of practice you'll be familiar with it in no time! :)

Legs seems to be bigger than the body.
Choppy, to say.
That bump when he fall down isn't necessary, or too high. Either.
