It's good that you're taking initiative, but I think you should work on getting a fluid walk down, or a jump, with just one stickman.

Do you double frame? or use a low frame rate? The animation seems choppy and slow. Try increasing the frame rate

Neither, the animation is pretty fast. It must be your computer, looks fine to me :/
If I would increase the FPS it'd look ridiculous.

Mgee that was sweet dude. I love how you changed the color of the background as he came onto the screen. It made the animation stick out a little more. The arm transformation was really sweet too. It reminds me a lot of that D. Gray-Man show, if you've ever heard of it. And I also know what you mean about not getting any comments in your thread. I don't get many comments here as well, but I'm assuming it's because no one knows me that well.

well I know how to animate in flash I haven't use pivot in 2 years so I forget how to use it :(
