I have seen far worse first-trys. First thing you need to think about is easing. Every movement needs to start off slowly before getting up to speed. The first frame of any movement should mean moving the stickman just one pixel. It's all about tricking the eye into seeing movement rather than just a series of images.

Actually for your first few these are pretty sick, if you stick with pivot and apply the basics you will only improves, you have potential.

Thank you, I wanted to learn the various effect i can make with pivot, but on the tutorial topic a lot of images are missing so i can't go on learning everything i can from here :C
