The spacing in-between each frame wasn't the best, and I think the legs/arms/back could have moved a lot more. You should try upping the frame rate a bit, too.

Hey everyone, here's my animation. I think it turned out OK. Rate me please:

I'm hoping for med beginner. I think it was a little choppy though. Oh, and when he was on the ground, about to jump, I used double framing.

I've seen much worse on this forum then that. When somebody winds up for a jump, their arms are in front of them. Also, if you're going to use double framing for a jump, at least make the wind up long enough to see that it's slow motion. The way you used double framing in that animation made it look bad. The back, arms, and the head are very stiff as well. To get rid of them, always move every part of a joint at least a bit in every frame. And as for the jump, it was uneased and his feet kicked back for a frame before he started his very un-realistic looking jump. Keep practicing. ^_^

so i sped it up like you asked and it came out with a smoother animation. still not amazing but u can notice the difference http://img383.imageshack.us/my.php?image=jumpspeduptn5.gif

The animation is smoother, but the body parts are still stiff. Picture yourself jumping this high. Would you fall back down completely straight?
