Hey fog, those sticks were really really stiff. Maybe think about how they would act in real life. Animate them realisticly! Nice christmas colored sticks. XD

Flow better.

It's very stiff, too fast, and choppy. Use more frames, less movement in each frame. Lighten up. Act out your movements in front of a mirror. Think about physics.

if its a punch, and i think it is, make him wind up a little, and when he is punching remember that the momentum would make his body move forward,also when you walk the legs move too high, look at some punching/fighting tuts, or just tuts in general

you just need to speed it up

what speed is it running at??
speed it up by about 6-9 more to what its already running at, then repost, it should look alright then, its just the speed that needs work
