ok if you think thats smooth your mistakin your not even low low beginner and you need to look at tuts.

Thats the truth. You're miles away from low beginner. It's not smooth, and the 1. one is waaayy too slow.
And don't use Defaults.

The Walking was bad, his legs cross too fast (Did they even cross?)
And the jumps were off.

actually he did use defualt, it was the piv 3 defeault

I was trying out frame spacing but failed lol. i put the frame rate to low but i think its pretty good
