how do you create the visual effects and the cool sticks? and the vanishing act it's like vaporizing stick

It is simple but you have to figure it out your own sorry.

Joints are the points on the stick that you click and drag. The main joint is the Orange one [its not considered a minor join because it doesn't make part of the stick bend]. The minor joints are the red ones.

where do you get the cool sticks I really wanna know. plsssssss tell
