umm, you must know what easing is so are you wanting to know how its achieved? for example, if this line | was uneased it would look like this:
|---|---|---|---|---|
but if it was eased it would look something like this:
||-|--|---|--|-||
something like that lol :D you just apply that to different movements like a run and you have an eased movement

I think it's hilarious when these animators who have been animating for a month or two and have very little experience are like "Nice anim but u need 2 wurk on easing and stiffness LOL!" That's not aimed at anyone in particular...*Cough*Dantemegaanimsdagabond*Cough*
