dont try to 'spice ur ur anims' yet man...just work on tests, then, try making cool exciting animations!

Best tutorial/advice for beginners ever! Experiment , you don't need a tutorial to get good , if you follow a tutorial you will learn it in that specific way but no style/technique development , neither will it advance for further levels , and movements will be harder to figure out. If you experiment you will find your ways to do stuff.

just work on Spacing...then it will be way better...and try a bit more easing
