How do u get the speed of an animation fast, in the 1/1000th second thing i put 6 and it still goes really slow?

well then that means make it faster intill it fits u right but it should still work on 6

does any 1 no how i can make my animations faster. whewn i save them as gif, saving it as 6/100 is just as fast/slow as 20/100 or 10/100 or 10/100.
