Not bad...but you need to work on the people walking in the Noop City or whatever it's called. For one thing, they shouldn't bounce up and down like they're made of wood or something. They would walk, and then get scared and run.

EDIT: High beginner? Smooth though. Better than I could do.

I know it was supposed to be jumping up and down because it was supposed to be noob city but it turned ito and p I forgot to trun it
and since their all noobs they are bad being animated and to add some humor. but what do you think border to inter?

Oh. That explains it. I though that the Noop part was some random name. Now it makes sense. Good humor.

There aren't many problems, but some of it was a bit fast. Plus, what happened to the guy standing next to the car? It looks like he just kind of folded up in a weird way. Where'd the other car come from too? It'd be improved if you include a scene where the blue guy gets the car, before the red guy gets his.

Definitely needs a floor. Halfway through it looks like it moves halfway up the screen, and they're obviously not floating...

EDIT: Very good for 3 weeks, though...I think at 3 weeks I still sucked really really really bad...

Not bad...but what was with the weird zig-zag thing when the black stick dashes off the screen? If I were you I'd use the traditional lines or something like that. Smoothness and good physics. But the sword came out of nowhere...plus, there was a weird and misshapen motion trail on the sword...
