yeah you need to just get them into a certain stance like there concentrating or about to run then go to grey then a lieghter gray and then delete the stick then make them show up on the other side of the room
the stks are from some stick pack on droidz

Sorry for double post but I just made this.

This is my 6th animation. I hope it is a little better.

its stiff make everything move jsut a tiny bit every frame and also use easing
example: |-|--|---|----|------|----|---|--|-| for the frames (move just a little at first, then more more more more then slow down) it makes it smooth my whole anim a sec ago was based on easing
