ur not a noob ur low begginer
but the punch was ok for someone ur lvl try to make the back not so stiff

If you're gonna say his name, say it right, 'power fuse0'
Also, your punch SUCKED. your problem is the stiffness in his back. when you have the arm jointed, use 3 frames to make it flex out and hit the guy, when it hits the guy, make the attacker bend his back and his arm follows the guys body for about 5 frames. Then he takes normal position. Work on it.
