Japan, that actually was pretty good.
For some reason, kinda slow.
Fix that and you're good to go.

a new animation guys sorry 4 being offline for a while @ knight well atleast you uped the frame rate but when you open piv 3 just use the default frame rate which is around the middle courtz

it was a bit choppy, and the gravity was off(during the jump)

Ive been using pivot for a couple of days and heres what i got:
Its an animation of a random rugby try

I took everyone's comments about choppiness to heart. The following 4.6 second animation contains 115 frames.

(Note: I'm running Google Chrome right now and the animation looks really slow. It runs fine on Firefox, though and it'd probably run fine on IE too. Just a heads up.)

I hope it's smooth. Though, I think some of my characters are a little stiff.

Creative, but make em easier to follow and they're stiffer than a board, nigguh.

Smoothness is how well an animation flows to its own speed, this one wasn't bad for a beginner, so you definetly improved on that.
Yeah your right they are a little stiff, but Not to bad, now just work on your moves and physics and youll be outta here soon.

(Regarding Mega's animation)
Trailing is best used for fast movements, like that flip. The other trails aren't needed for the other movements.
