Maybe it's because they don't know how to animate Borderline Inter anims yet. Perhaps you could show them to the tutorials section. Animating past medium beginner takes a lot of effort, and so does getting to medium beginner.
And give constructive criticism. Always. Even if being an ass is your job.

Choppy, some stiffness in the running. And the landing isn't great. It looks as if he landed on a moving conveyor belt.
