take a look at the handflip, the stick isn't going in the air while his legs are already in that position, wich makes it weird. the reaction is stiff, Get him to dotch instead of just go away.

I was trying to make him do a handspring accept instead of sprining to his feet he would spring into a forward flip. And the other guy was just put there so i wouldnt confuse myself, thats why none of his body parts move.

Don't make long animations. Make short, but good, it's better than making long and shitty. Short animations will get you from the beginners section faster. And then you can make animations as long as you want.
(That's my advice.)
