LOL. He's doing a little jig XD you did everything wrong. You need more frames, and don't move the joints too far from frame to the next.

shambam its going to fast cos you dont have enough frames, put in more frmaes and dont move each joint so much

shambam- put in more frames and lift up the legs more, imagine it as a controlled fall over his back foot. (at least thats how i do it)

N T and shambam - both of your walk tests are stiff. Also, the shembam's didn't even look like a walking.

dont need criticism cause it doesnt represent my level of animating now, but comments like "wow this is the best in the world ill pay u $1000000 2 animate 4 me!!!" are appreciated :D
