don't make the arms so floppy and don't lift the back leg so high.

Pay no attention to the badly animated stick figure that is shooting... this is a blood test and the dummy who is getting shot isn't supposed to move, just C&C the blood. Thanks.

Ummm, I don't know what to say... that was really bad, but it was your first animation. Just work on easing, and making the legs and arms more noticeable when they move... they just seem to move in one place then magically appear at another. Make walking tests, then running, then just keep on going up from there when you think you have come as close as you can from perfecting them. Read some tutorials on easing and walking, that should help too.
