Well, some Call of Duty 4 things. They kinda suck but whatever.
Very stiff. You need to work on the physics. The explosions could've been worse, I think, but you need more particles and more dispersion. You need to learn about easing and then put it in everywhere. You need to work on the basic movements involved in things like walking.
The blood was decent - did you do that yourself or was it a sprite?
Oh, and lastly, NEVER drop a hamburger on someone. Randomness on the whole doesn't look good, and every random newbie uses that damn burger.

it started with the really funny series stick figures on crack you can still see it on youtube and then a bunch of people made crappy parodies of it so its impossible to find the real one. jerks. but seriously, if you want to be random thats ok but first perfect basic realistic movements like walking. and use your own ideas.

ARGG with the flapping!

does anyone know how to make it look like his arms are swinging instead of flapping?

View Profile are those yellow things supposed to be bullets? and does the stick have a joint in his back because if he does, use it!

View Profile Try to move joints in the back in a way so that they look like they're actually moving, though. If you move the joints from the previous frame forward into the same posture, then it still looks stiff.

The arms only look like they're flapping if you try to make your eyes see it that way. If you let your eye flow from one arm to the other it works.
The loop is a little bit off, and when I animate a run I try to make sure that the leg that's coming forward isn't swinging forward as though it's the front leg in reverse but slightly higher. You can do that by making the knee bend much more - as much as is necessary to get the foot moving in a straight line until it's just past the body.

View Profile The whole animation was stiff, uneased, choppy, crappy.
They slide more then they do walk. And the effects were bad, the blood needed more particles, the after-effect(god knows what it is) is bad because there was no easing.
Work on basics like walking, running, punching first.
