It's okay with the idle person, you might have did it on accident, but the shakiness makes him look nervous.
Anyways, you know your stuff about realism and guns. But the recoil from the shot needs to be more sudden (I think). Make it an outward ease. Probably of two frames until the man's back re-adjusts.
Also, you know realistically how the body is supposed to fall, but execution is also the next step to planning.
Or more important, fuck realism. It's okay. Exaggerate the reaction, looking cool is much better than looking real.
Yeah, your right about exaggeration. I do think after reviewing it that the recoil was extremely light, especially for an AK-47, which has more recoil than most hunting rifles in my experience.
