make it less choppy by spacing each frame out by less (tiny by tiny by tiny), look at pivot help then look at any tutorials you find like punching, kicking, running, jumping, etc. click here for punching tut:

a good way to learn movements is by acting em out (like for a punch try it to see if you can even do it without popping a bone er w/e). you'll get better eventually...

keep posting on the beginners thread or ppl will criticise u to the point where ur crying:Nooooooo: then tell u to post only on the beginners thread
