A bit clunky, i know i shoudnt of added the little kick with the punch.

very stiff and choopy his front leg has a spasim reaction was bad barley mad a touch by the look of it

Choppy, stiff, and lacks easing. Try practicing with one stk. Here's my morning warm up. It turned out to be an epic phail but yeah.

I'll comment if that's so hard for you.
The animation was choppy, go fix the frame-rate. And the stks fell awkwardly.

and it was very stiff, the frame rate won't help it at all, it must always be 16
