ok hold on... is the jump the ground shaking or the jump its self?

The push off is so forceful that it's made the ground shake. I think that answers your question.

The push off needs to be faster and you should have heavier spacing in the air. I think you're lacking easing in places too. It's an improvement though.

Bigger change per frame. To move something slowly you would move it a tiny bit each frame. To move something fast there would be a big difference between each frame. On a jump you want it to be fast, but don't forget the easing.
