Actually dead vulcan, your animations are very stiff. Zsdery please stop spamming about your annoying bleach things cause it has nothing to do with pivot. Please all look at some tutorials and try to improve.

Alright, I'm back on. I've gotten the stiff part because I actually check to make sure I moved every joint in every frame. Also, feet sliding is actually a matter of style; check out Uberschall's anims, his walk has the stk dragging his feet on the floor. But that's your opinion and there are plenty others.
