I think the first one shows more walkthrough, it has more rest. If you wanted speed I'd go for the second one.

The kick was really good, but I'd say you should make a little more force with the punch, you can do that by letting out a frame. Also the legs stopped moving when they go down, why the hell is that. You always have to move legs a little bit, even if it is just to show that you're moving them.

And the last part: I can't really seem to see what you want with it so I can't cc it.

I think the punch has more force now, but the legs were a complete fail.

Better yes, but as you said the legs are a disaster. They intend to slide to eachother. If I were you I'd make sure both legs are steady. You can do that by making the distance at the landing closer, so that you have more room to play with and have them stand at one place.
