its because i so CRAP at animations i can not even make them walk or run GOOD!!!!!!!

Just keep trying and work on the basics like running or walking and what not. Practice, that word sums it up quite well.

the back aint moving you do see that? your on the right path with the ahnd and legs but it needs a bit more polishing
