Okay uhhhh, when you make a stickfigure do something, picture it happening in real life. As if you were doing the movements. Do you throw a ball against the wall with your back arm like that?
Just making movements realistic will help a lot.

Yeah I know, it's been freaking ages since I animated anything.

Anyway, I think the main thing is that his joints look as if they have steel plates in them or something. You need to move every joint in every frame, secondly, his walk is off balance, you need to keep the centre of gravity over the yellow dot.
He also didn't throw the ball with enough power for it to move at that speed, and the fall was far too slow. Oh and there where the questionable physics on the ball.
But generally it's a good attempt for someone who's been doing it as long as you have.

EDIT: Here we go, I think I'm starting to get the hang of it again.

You need to vary your spacing, right now everything is always moving at the same rate.

When the legs cross over, so should the arms.

Most of it seems pretty good, except for the balls that have momentum and bounce seem way off, also so of the momentum doesn't affect the balls at all, at a point a ball is traveling fast horizontal, but when it gets to the edge, it goes onto the ramp, but it should have gone and fallen off horizontal when it got to the edge.

This is hard to explain.
