It looks like hes walking down stairs, like bending his knees farther down each step.

seriously guys. Just look at someone elses animation. And then animate something similar. If your movements don't look like the ones in the other animation, you've failed.

well you go to Import into stage and import your pivots. click embed as SWF and just click next. once it gets into the stage, export it as a SWF and have fun!!!
