It took a second to load, didn't lag, and looks stiff.

Work on it, the movements aren't brilliant, the idea isnt so bad though. Spend more time on each frame and don't rush.

The stick doesn't move, don't use the default either.

could of been eased more. it was very stiff. You started the animation off in a weird way (a 5 inch fall. lol).

I can't really give a rank on such a short animation, but id say low-med beginner.

an animation can have easing and still be low beginner -_-
