The effects were nice and simple, the movement of the guy could've been eased a bit more. But for a first of FB well done.

I like it a lot though. Watch his feet though. They seem to move up and down, and change levels of where he stands all the time. But I like the effect etc : )

A little resizing, and the effects a little dull.

But it is really cool.

that was brilliant for a first time, except there could have been an extra frame between when he raises his arms till when he slams the ground. :/

but overall awesome.

The legs really needed to expand sideways more during the crouch.

Apart from that it was pretty nice.
