Since winter is coming up soon I though it would be sweet with a winter challenge.

It´s all about winter-feeling. Animate an old winter memory, what you have planned for this winter etc or just whatever you want. As long as you feel it´s winter for YOU.

Example:
A small girl going home from school gets bombarded by som buys with loads of snowball which ends up with here crying

Almost everyone got some memories growing up with snow:)

It doesn´t have to be sticks. You don't need to make it a slaughter animation.

It can be any length as long as you are happy, quality over quantity.
Pick whichever FPS you feel like using, the higher the better result but harder work progress.

I´ll use 320x180 (Widescreen) you can use whatever you like

It´s quite a wide subject so there is pretty much no limitations here.

Due date is 24/12

Actually, that's not needed.

Only with a collab, so the sizes aren't fucked up.

I guess this is the wrong place for this kind of challenge.
If I had said "stick fight with snow" ppl would crash this forum with entries...
It´s sad that when the opportunity to do something a bit more creative that has nothing to die with violence ppl just don't seem to respond... blood isn´t everything...

Well... actually, some people think that sticks don't quite fit this kind of... funny fights. Others are just too "badass" to make something not gory...

While others... don't join competitions of people they don't know personally. Now that's sad. Try communicating to the people around and giving more importance to your competition (don't overdo it though) by explaining them better what it is all about. It should work. Also, try making some more friends, usually your friends join your competitions and collaborations.

I like how you 'assumed' that stick figure animations are violent.

Are you serious?

Go to the first page of flash section and find me one that isn't.

It´s hard not to. Since the first day I was here I haven´t seen so much else... I´ve been here since 2002... with a few pauses inbetween...
