Alright Moch, your particles need to hang around quite a bit longer for explosions, and applying physics usually makes it look even better.

Devour, I agree bout the floor because I can reduce the sliding but if you use the onion skin correctly you shouldn't even need one.

Yes its fail...(Excuse to animate)

You should try kicking in real life, before animating a kick. That way you can move the stick exactly like how you moved.
