alright, your stick is too stiff, his head moves pretty much everywhere, arms should bend.
try changing the proportions of the stick into something more realistic, the body should be shorter than the arms, the legs should be longer than body and about equal too or longer than the body.
Also, if your starting out try using a 2 pixel brush for stick figures, it makes then easier to control and not as messy.
