I like them =)

To stop the head from resizing take the pen tool. choose a size that fits with your body (E.G. size 4 body size 13 head) then put a dot where u want the head to be

The punch:
Improved 10x but you still gotta bit to do...
To start off, his arm was wobbling a bit when he was building up power... Make it still have movement but in the opposite direction of the punch and make it only tiny... The actual punch was maby a bit to fast.... put a frame in between the hit and the build up to show what hes doing

The kick:
it was ok but I dont see why everything you do they have their arms/legs straight.. like, when hes holding his arm back put a bend in it to show he's about to punch and the kick, you don't really need much anticipation for it....

See Moch, why do you go directly to effects..? You have to know the basics before you do stuff like this. Do a normal punching and walking test or something, trust me it will make you alot better in easytoon.

Don't worry about it, I'll add more effects later to my tutorial and you will know how to do them right :D
