As I said before I would recommend you should start with basic animations. But since your going the hard way, It's not my problem really. Ease your effects and put a head on the stick.

See, that wasn't that bad! It was very good for a beginner. His arms did get longer though, but you could easily fix that. Just like in pivot, a stickfigure has a joint in his arm, that let's you bend it. You have to keep the arm in prospective so it will look good, theres one thing I'd like to ask you. Why don't you put heads on the stick?
