hey, how come this beginner's thread wasen't locked like the flash and pivot ones?

This is my first full body animation. I am still working on it. I admit, it needs more speed. But what I'm going to work on is clothes, face, weapon perhaps.. and so on.

Before you add stuff make it look good.

1. Shoulders do NOT look like that.

2. The leg on the right goes from toothpick->marshmallow.

3. Try making the shoulders not move that much, because
no one really walks like that :)
