I'm not going to insinuate you any further. Instead I have the best of advice for learning to do God high quality animations:

draw lots of neked people(still pictures, not animated). It will help ye lots, and soon to draw "Gawd High Quality" in your animations.

As a matter of fact, I should try rotoscoping. Tracing videos in flash isn't the way to go when you're talking about making awesome movies, but I look at it as a good way to study motions and drawing angles. I'll do it later when I have free time but I'll also let it be known that I traced it.... . ...
