Can I be effects/explosion animator...
I can do good effects if I put my mind to it..

However I cant use Flash at the moment so you might have to wait until Ive got it back for you to send it to me.

Dont worry though, I doubt that I wont have Flash for more than 2 weeks.

If your avatar is an example of your work I don't know if thats the type of explosion I've after, its just kind of smoke. I need fire and shrapenal as well. THe explosion would be grenades, smoke bombs, and C4. Could you give me an example of grenade and C4 explosives?

Ok, I'll make a decent explosion. My avatar just focused on the smoke particles -_-

But maybe a damage animator? Like cracks and stuff like in Shock.

Bubbles got his own projects to worry about, I don't expect him to want the position. But if he want it I would give it to him regardless of who might already have the job =P

Sure you can have damage animator. Thats sort of the misc animator. you'll do the damage stuff and I can take care of the other misc effects that come with the job.

Heres how it will work.

I'll animate a segment of the animation. I'll then send it to Darknessx2 who will add the background and send it back to me. I'll then send it to the explosion animator [mesmay?] if theres an explosion who sends it back to me. Then to Raffi to add damage to the background where it is inflicted who sends it back. Then I send it to opted to add blood. After that the segment is done.

IF ANY OF YOU GUYS SHOW ANY SEGMENT TO ANYONE ELSE YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROJECT

Nothing must be shown until submission. k? Especially towards the end cause I have an awesome ending in mind...

Keep practicing, it could be a week or more before you get anything to animate for this. But once this takes off it'll keep going till its finished... I'm going to trace or do a test now...

I'd offer to do backgrounds but you already have someone doing them, can't believe I overlooked this thread until now, explosions arn't my thing right now but if you really can't get anyone I could have a go. I'll also throw up some guns if you need em.

EDIT: Damage is something I could help with though.

No need for you to trace guns specifically for this. But if you already have guns already drawn up it would help. I'm currently tracing an RPG [rocket propelled grenade] to replace the grenade launcher that the grenade launcher/C4 guy has. So if you have a gun pack or something send it to me ^_^

If your backgrounds are like a bunch better than darkness x2's you might get the position. But he did get here first...

Could I have an example of your explosions? Cause it would be awesome to do a project together.

Ancient Aztec/mayan type ruins in a jungle. Should have crumbled walls, vines, stone steps and other things that fit the theme.

Should I PM it to you or post it here? I have the background done.
